I did not know that! Thanks for posting this. When you are custom quilting, do you you ever mark the quilt? I know when I free motion on my domestic machine, I do not mark but mostly because I just want to get quilting!
Hey there Mary! My pleasure posting this. My mom had a ton of questions about my long arm when I first brought it home and it was so hard to explain everything over the phone.
As to your question about marking quilts...yes sometimes I do indeed mark on my quilts. I tend to just do some light veins as guidelines with a clover chalk pen. Depending on how complicated I want to quilt something I may do more marking.
I see you have a raised walkway. I need to do this, also. I am 5'3" and my Gammill is high on casters... Do you have a recommendation for the height the front loading bar should be in relation to waist (elbow bend)?
